Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - Galleria - Westheimer, Houston

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to where I needed to be for work and just a short Uber ride to the Galleria, dining, and lounges. The service was a mix of rudeness and professionalism, with helpful staff alongside some negative encounters. The dining options were a letdown with subpar breakfast offerings, but the rooms needed updating despite being smoke-free, leading to discomfort during the night due to the lingering smell of cigarettes.
